Rafiullah Safi is the Founder and Community Representative of the AL IKHLAS Afghan Cultural & Islamic Center. His vision is to establish a united Afghan community in Hasselt, Limburg, where every Afghan feels welcomed and represented. He is committed to preserving Islamic values, Afghan culture, language, and national identity while strengthening unity, mutual respect, and cooperation among community members. Through AL IKHLAS, he aims to create a place where Afghan families can celebrate their cultural and religious traditions together, support one another, address community needs collectively, and pass their values on to future generations. With sincerity, dedication, and responsibility, we are always committed to serving and standing alongside our community.
